Even with the best equipment in the world, coffee can be ruined by a poor operator. That’s why we feel it is so important to offer comprehensive training to each and every customer on the correct use of equipment in order to make the perfect cup of coffee.

When you buy an espresso machine from Stokes, the training is offered absolutely free as part of the package. Extra training sessions may be needed when new staff are employed or just as a refresher session to improve your Barista skills. Training can be booked on the use of coffee making equipment either at your location, or at our showroom in Lincoln. This will guarantee that all your staff will operate the machinery in the correct manner, thus producing the best and most consistent cup of coffee possible for your customers.
