The Collection Café
The Collection café is Stokes newest venture. The sleek, modern café is housed in Lincoln’s archaeological museum fused with the Usher Gallery in one incredible visitor centre.
Based in the heart of historic Lincoln’s cultural quarter, the museum currently contains over two million artefacts. All material from official archaeological excavations in Lincolnshire is eventually
deposited at the museum and so the collection keeps on growing.
The collection encompasses heritage and history with
contemporary innovation, the epitome of
R. W. Stokes & Sons Ltd. It will be
another place where customers can
enjoy Stokes’ famous tea and coffee,
as well as many traditional favourites,
including cream teas and homemade
cakes along with a brand new
contemporary menu including savoury
and sweet crepes, panini’s,
sandwiches, salads, daily hot specials
and a fantastic children’s menu.
Stokes at the Collection is open 7
days a week form 10am to 4pm
The Collection café may also be hired
for private parties and special events.
